- Ritz or Triscuit crackers handful
- deli turkey or ham 3-4 slices
- mild cheddar, sliced or cubed 40g
- red grapes handful
- baby carrots, apple slices, a few M&Ms optional
Method

Separate and plate
Keep everything in distinct piles on a plate. Put the handful of crackers on one side, 3 to 4 slices of deli turkey on another, and 40g of cubed cheddar in the middle. Add grapes, baby carrots, or apple slices in the gaps. No mixing required.
