    Lay out the 30g of salami, marinated artichoke hearts, olives, and mozzarella balls on a plate. Add the roasted red peppers and drizzle everything lightly with olive oil. Tear off pieces of focaccia or ciabatta to eat alongside.

Castelvetrano olives are buttery and mild. Perfect for those who do not love super briny olives.
