- ripe brie or camembert 1 wedge
- fig jam or raspberry jam 1 tbsp
- crisp apple (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp), thinly sliced 1/2
- crackers or water biscuits handful
- walnuts, honey optional

Place the 1 wedge of ripe brie on a small board. Spoon 1 tablespoon of fig or raspberry jam right alongside it. Thinly slice half of a crisp apple and fan the slices out on the board. Add a handful of water biscuits. Drizzle honey over the brie and add walnuts if you want extra crunch.
Slop Notes
Let the brie sit at room temperature for 30 minutes first. Cold brie is a tragedy.
