Charcuterie Snack Plate for One

All the hits of a charcuterie board scaled down to a solo dinner plate.

  1. Arrange

    Fan the 30g of salami or prosciutto out on one side of a plate. Place the 30g of sliced or cubed aged cheddar on the opposite side. Fill the middle with a handful of crackers. Add a small bowl with 1 tablespoon of mustard, and scatter handfuls of grapes, olives, and cornichons in the gaps so everything is easy to reach. Leave some white space on the plate so it does not look crowded.
