- salami or prosciutto, sliced 30g
- aged cheddar or manchego, sliced or cubed 30g
- crackers (variety if possible) handful
- whole grain or dijon mustard 1 tbsp
- grapes or sliced apple handful
- olives handful
- cornichons, honeycomb, nuts optional

Arrange
Fan the 30g of salami or prosciutto out on one side of a plate. Place the 30g of sliced or cubed aged cheddar on the opposite side. Fill the middle with a handful of crackers. Add a small bowl with 1 tablespoon of mustard, and scatter handfuls of grapes, olives, and cornichons in the gaps so everything is easy to reach. Leave some white space on the plate so it does not look crowded.
