- full fat cottage cheese 1 cup
- everything bagel seasoning 1 tsp
- olive oil drizzle
- cherry tomatoes, halved handful
- crackers or cucumber slices to serve

Scoop the 1 cup of full fat cottage cheese into a wide, shallow bowl. Use the back of a spoon to create a deep divot in the center of the cheese. Pour a generous drizzle of good olive oil directly into the divot. Shower the top with 1 teaspoon of everything bagel seasoning so the seeds fall into the oil and cheese. Arrange a handful of halved cherry tomatoes around the edges and serve with crackers or cucumber slices for scooping.
Slop Notes
Add chilli crisp instead of olive oil for a spicy upgrade. Trader Joe's Everything But The Bagel seasoning is the move.
