Edamame with Garlic Butter and Chilli

Steamed edamame tossed in garlic butter with chilli. Simple, high protein snack dinner.

  1. Cook edamame

    Microwave or boil the 1 cup of edamame pods until hot, then drain.

  2. Toss

    Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan, add 1 clove of minced garlic and a pinch of chilli flakes for 30 seconds. Toss the edamame in the garlic butter and season with flaky sea salt.

Slop Notes

Eat by popping the beans directly into your mouth from the pod. The tactile experience is part of it.
