Ingredients
- frozen edamame in pods 1 cup
- salted butter 1 tbsp
- garlic, minced 1 clove
- chilli flakes pinch
- flaky sea salt to taste
Method

Cook edamame
Microwave or boil the 1 cup of edamame pods until hot, then drain.

Toss
Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan, add 1 clove of minced garlic and a pinch of chilli flakes for 30 seconds. Toss the edamame in the garlic butter and season with flaky sea salt.

Eat by popping the beans directly into your mouth from the pod. The tactile experience is part of it.
