- quality tomato soup or bisque (Rao's or Amy's) 1 can
- heavy cream 2 tbsp
- butter 1 tbsp
- basil oil or good olive oil drizzle
- crackers or croutons, flaky salt to top

Heat and enrich
Warm the 1 can of tomato soup in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in 2 tablespoons of heavy cream and 1 tablespoon of butter until completely melted and incorporated.

Pour into a mug or bowl, drizzle with basil oil, and add crackers or croutons with flaky salt.
