- raw shrimp or prawns, peeled and deveined 150g
- garlic, minced 3 cloves
- butter 2 tbsp
- honey 1 tbsp
- soy sauce 1 tbsp
- lemon juice squeeze
- crusty bread, rice, or noodles to serve
Method

Season shrimp
Pat 150g of shrimp dry and season with salt and pepper.

Cook
Sear in 2 tbsp butter with 3 cloves of minced garlic. Add 1 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp soy sauce, tossing until glazed. Squeeze lemon over and serve with bread.

Patting shrimp completely dry before cooking is what lets them sear rather than steam.
