- labneh or thick Greek yogurt 1/2 cup
- za'atar spice blend 1 tbsp
- good olive oil 2 tbsp
- warm pita, radishes, cucumber, olives to serve
- sliced tomatoes, mint optional
Method

Spread 1/2 cup of labneh in a wide bowl. Drizzle with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and dust heavily with 1 tablespoon of za'atar. Serve with warm pita, radishes, and cucumber.
Slop Notes
Za'atar is a blend of dried thyme, sesame seeds, sumac, and salt. Find it at any Middle Eastern grocery.
