Prosciutto and Fig Toast

Salty cured meat and sweet figs on ricotta toast. A two minute fancy moment.

    Spread 3 tablespoons of ricotta on toasted sourdough. Layer 2 slices of prosciutto and sliced figs. Drizzle with honey or balsamic glaze and season with flaky salt and pepper.

Slop Notes

Fresh figs in season are extraordinary here. Out of season, good dried figs or fig jam both work.
