- sourdough, toasted 2 slices
- whole milk ricotta 3 tbsp
- prosciutto 2 slices
- fresh or dried figs, halved or sliced 2
- honey or balsamic glaze drizzle
- flaky salt and black pepper to taste

Spread 3 tablespoons of ricotta on toasted sourdough. Layer 2 slices of prosciutto and sliced figs. Drizzle with honey or balsamic glaze and season with flaky salt and pepper.
Slop Notes
Fresh figs in season are extraordinary here. Out of season, good dried figs or fig jam both work.
