Prosciutto and Melon

The Italian classic that needs no recipe. Sweet cantaloupe and salty prosciutto.

  1. Plate

    Lay the 1/4 sliced ripe cantaloupe on a plate. Drape the 3 to 4 slices of prosciutto over each slice. Drizzle with olive oil, add black pepper and flaky salt. Add fresh mint or arugula if using.

Slop Notes

Only works with truly ripe, fragrant melon. If the melon is not sweet, this dish is pointless.
