- aged cheddar or manchego 1 wedge
- brie or camembert 1 wedge
- seasonal fruit (grapes, sliced pear, figs, or berries) handful
- marcona almonds or candied walnuts handful
- honey drizzle
- crackers to serve
Method

Arrange
Place 1 wedge of aged cheddar and 1 wedge of brie on opposite ends of a board. Fill the gaps with seasonal fruit, nuts, and crackers. Drizzle honey over the soft cheese.
Slop Notes
Let all cheeses come to room temperature for 30 minutes before eating. Cold cheese is a waste of good cheese.
