- feta cheese, crumbled 150g
- cream cheese 2 tbsp
- olive oil 1 tbsp
- hot honey 1 tbsp
- toasted walnuts, roughly chopped handful
- crackers or crusty bread to serve

Whip
Add the 150g of crumbled feta and 2 tablespoons of cream cheese to a food processor. Blend for a full 2 minutes, scraping down the sides halfway, until the mixture is completely smooth and fluffy. If it feels too stiff, add a tiny splash of water to loosen it.

Plate
Spoon the whipped feta into a shallow bowl and use the back of a spoon to create a deep swirl in the center. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of hot honey directly into the swirl. Scatter a handful of roughly chopped toasted walnuts over the top so they fall into the crevices. Serve immediately with crackers or crusty bread.
Slop Notes
No food processor? Mash with a fork and beat vigorously. Less smooth but still excellent.
