- oil packed anchovy fillets 3-4
- salted butter, room temperature 2 tbsp
- sourdough, toasted 2 slices
- lemon squeeze
- sliced radish, fresh parsley, soft boiled egg optional

Make anchovy butter
Mash 3 to 4 anchovy fillets and 2 tablespoons of butter with a fork until combined, adding a squeeze of lemon.

Spread generously on hot toast. Top with sliced radishes and parsley if using.
