- ripe avocado 1 large
- thick sourdough, toasted 2 slices
- everything bagel seasoning 1 tsp
- chilli flakes pinch
- lemon or lime juice squeeze
- flaky salt to taste
Method

Toast
Toast the 2 slices of thick sourdough until deeply golden and crisp.

Mash and top
Halve the 1 large ripe avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh directly onto the hot toast. Use a fork to mash it roughly right on the bread. Immediately squeeze fresh lemon or lime juice over the avocado to prevent browning. Shower with 1 teaspoon of everything bagel seasoning, a pinch of chilli flakes, and a sprinkle of flaky salt.
Slop Notes
Top with a fried or poached egg for protein. Pomegranate seeds add great texture.
