- smoked salmon slices 80g
- cream cheese or creme fraiche 3 tbsp
- capers 1 tbsp
- red onion, very thinly sliced 1/4
- crackers or rye crispbreads handful
- lemon, for squeezing 1/4
- fresh dill few sprigs

Lay the 80g of smoked salmon slices on one side of a plate. Put the 3 tablespoons of cream cheese in a small bowl on the opposite side. Scatter 1 tablespoon of capers and the very thinly sliced red onion over the salmon. Add a handful of rye crackers, a few sprigs of fresh dill, and a lemon wedge for squeezing. Build little cracker sandwiches as you eat.
Slop Notes
Let red onion soak in a splash of lemon juice for 10 minutes to mellow the bite.
