- flour tortilla 1 large
- brie, thinly sliced 60g
- raspberry jam 1 tbsp
- butter 1 tsp
- prosciutto, arugula, dijon mustard optional

Spread 1 tablespoon of raspberry jam on one half of the 1 large flour tortilla. Lay 60g of thinly sliced brie on top and fold it over.

Cook
Melt 1 teaspoon of butter in a pan over medium heat. Cook the quesadilla for 2 to 3 minutes per side, pressing down with a spatula, until golden and the brie is fully melted. Cut and eat immediately.
Slop Notes
Add a thin layer of dijon on the jam side for a more grown up sweet savory balance.
