Burrata with Peach and Prosciutto

Sweet peach, salty prosciutto, creamy burrata. Summer on a plate with no cooking required.

  1. Plate

    Place the 1 ball of fresh burrata in the center of a beautiful plate. Slice the 1 ripe peach and arrange the slices around the burrata. Drape the 3 slices of prosciutto di Parma over the peaches. Tuck a handful of fresh basil leaves into the gaps. Just before eating, tear the burrata open so the creamy center spills out. Finish with a drizzle of good olive oil, a swirl of balsamic glaze, and a pinch of flaky salt.

Tear the burrata open at the table so the cream spills out. Only works with ripe, in season peaches.
