Fruit and Yogurt Bowl with Honey and Granola

Breakfast as dinner is always valid. Greek yogurt, fruit, honey, crunch.

    Spoon the 1 cup of thick full fat Greek yogurt into a bowl. Top with a handful of mixed berries and a quarter cup of granola for crunch. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey generously over the top. Add banana slices or a spoonful of nut butter if you want to make it more filling.

Full fat Greek yogurt is non negotiable. It is thick enough to hold toppings and rich enough to feel like a proper meal.
