- thick Greek yogurt (full fat) 1 cup
- granola 1/4 cup
- mixed berries or sliced strawberries handful
- honey 1 tbsp
- banana slices, nut butter, chia seeds optional

Spoon the 1 cup of thick full fat Greek yogurt into a bowl. Top with a handful of mixed berries and a quarter cup of granola for crunch. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of honey generously over the top. Add banana slices or a spoonful of nut butter if you want to make it more filling.
