- butter 1 tbsp
- egg 1 large
- kimchi juice from the jar 1 tbsp
- spring onion, sesame seeds, nori strips to garnish
Method
-
Cook noodles
Cook the 1 packet of noodles per instructions. In the last minute, add 1/4 cup of chopped kimchi and 1 tablespoon of kimchi juice.
-
Finish
Stir in 1 tablespoon of butter until melted. Fry or poach the 1 large egg separately. Top the noodles with the egg, spring onions, and sesame seeds.
Slop Notes
Aged kimchi (the sour stuff in the back of the fridge) works best. Its fermented tang cuts through the richness.
