- ceremonial grade matcha powder 1 tsp
- hot water (175F/80C, not boiling) 2 oz
- oat milk, frothed or heated 6 oz
- honey or maple syrup (optional) 1 tsp
- banana 1
- peanut or almond butter for dipping 2 tbsp

Make matcha
Sift 1 teaspoon of matcha into a mug, add 2 oz of hot water, and whisk vigorously until frothy. Pour in 6 oz of warm frothed oat milk.

Add oat milk
Serve with 1 banana and 2 tablespoons of peanut butter for dipping.
