- Medjool dates, pitted 4-5
- almond butter, smooth and natural 2 tbsp
- flaky sea salt pinch
- dark chocolate drizzle, toasted almonds inside optional

Slice the 4 to 5 Medjool dates lengthways and remove the pits. Fill each with a spoonful of 2 tablespoons of almond butter. Pinch closed slightly.
