- pita bread 1 large
- marinara or pizza sauce 3 tbsp
- mozzarella, shredded or torn 60g
- sliced salami, fresh basil, olives, jarred peppers toppings of choice
- olive oil and chilli flakes to finish drizzle
Method

Assemble
Spread 3 tablespoons of sauce on 1 large pita, add 60g of cheese and toppings.

Bake
Bake directly on the oven rack at 425F/220C for 8 to 10 minutes until crispy.

Drizzle with olive oil and chilli flakes. Eat immediately.

Putting the pita directly on the oven rack makes the bottom incredibly crispy.
