Ingredients
- mixed olives (Castelvetrano, Kalamata, Cerignola) 1 cup
- olive oil 3 tbsp
- orange peel 2 strips
- fresh rosemary or thyme 1 sprig
- garlic, smashed 1 clove
- chilli flakes pinch
- crusty bread to serve

Warm
Combine 1 cup of olives, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 strips of orange peel, 1 sprig of rosemary, 1 clove of garlic, and chilli flakes in a pan. Warm gently over low heat for 5 minutes.

Serve
Pour into a bowl with all the oil. Serve with crusty bread for dipping in the oil.
Slop Notes
The flavored oil at the bottom is the best part. Make sure you have bread for it.
