- tortilla chips 2 large handfuls
- Monterey Jack or cheddar, shredded 80g
- black beans, drained 1/4 can
- pickled jalapenos 2 tbsp
- sour cream, salsa, guacamole, hot sauce to serve

Layer
Spread 2 large handfuls of tortilla chips in a single layer on a baking sheet. Scatter 1/4 can of drained black beans, 2 tablespoons of pickled jalapenos, and 80g of shredded cheese over every chip.

Bake
Bake at 400F/200C for 8 to 12 minutes until melted.

Top and eat
Add cold sour cream and salsa. Eat directly from the tray.

Eat straight from the sheet pan. It keeps them crispy and saves a dish.
