Build broth
Simmer 1.5 cups of broth with 1 tsp ginger, 1 tsp soy, and 1 tsp sesame oil. Add 1 tsp cornstarch mixture to thicken.

Slowly pour 2 beaten eggs in a thin stream while stirring gently to form ribbons.

Top with spring onions, white pepper, and sesame seeds.
