Ingredients
- frozen steamed bao buns 2-3
- store bought char siu or roast pork belly, sliced 100g
- hoisin sauce 2 tbsp
- pickled daikon or cucumber ribbons handful
- fresh cilantro handful
- sriracha (optional) 1 tsp
Method

Steam buns
Steam 2 to 3 frozen bao buns until fluffy.

Warm pork
Warm 100g of pork belly slices in a hot pan until edges caramelize.

Build
Open bao, spread 2 tbsp hoisin inside, add pork, pickled vegetables, cilantro, and 1 tsp sriracha.
