Stracciatella with Olive Oil and Grilled Bread

Creamy stracciatella drizzled with olive oil and black pepper. The simplest luxury.

  1. Serve

    Spoon 80g of stracciatella onto a plate. Drizzle generously with 2 tablespoons of excellent olive oil and season with flaky salt and cracked black pepper. Serve alongside toasted sourdough for scooping.

Slop Notes

Stracciatella is the creamy filling from burrata. Many Italian delis sell it separately.
