- stracciatella or burrata cream 80g
- excellent extra virgin olive oil 2 tbsp
- flaky sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste
- toasted sourdough or grilled bread to serve
- chilli oil, honey, fresh herbs, or lemon zest optional

Serve
Spoon 80g of stracciatella onto a plate. Drizzle generously with 2 tablespoons of excellent olive oil and season with flaky salt and cracked black pepper. Serve alongside toasted sourdough for scooping.

Stracciatella is the creamy filling from burrata. Many Italian delis sell it separately.
