- Ritz crackers or rye crispbreads handful
- creme fraiche or cream cheese 2 tbsp
- dijon mustard 1 tbsp
- cornichons and capers handful
- lemon 1/4
- hot sauce, sliced radishes optional

Open and arrange
Open the 1 tin of sardines and 1 tin of smoked oysters and place them directly on a board. Arrange crackers, 2 tablespoons of creme fraiche, 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard, cornichons, and capers around them. Add a lemon wedge.
