Ricotta Toast with Honey and Pistachios

Creamy, crunchy, sweet. The toast that makes breakfast for dinner feel indulgent.

  1. Toast

    Toast the 2 slices of thick sourdough until deeply golden.

  2. Top

    Spread a generous layer of 4 tablespoons of whole milk ricotta on each slice. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of good honey, scatter 2 tablespoons of roughly chopped pistachios, and finish with a pinch of flaky salt. Add lemon zest or fresh thyme for extra flavor.

Slop Notes

The ricotta needs to be full fat and ideally fresh. Whip it with a fork first for a fluffier texture.
